Terrific Terracotta!

Been having some great fun working with a fine terracotta clay recently. I've not worked with earthenware for a long long time so it's been great to play with such a permissive throwing body and to develop some slip decoration techniques using my own slip recipes.

I loved your work on the throw down and so happy I stumbled on your post. You guys and the show have inspired me. I’m studying up and also looking for ideas for a backyard DIY kiln. I wish there were more sows out there with potters like you sharing your work and your process. All the best to you in the future!!
